Welcome to the website for the McVitty Forest Condominiums Unit Owners Association, located off of 419 in Roanoke County. This inviting community offers a walking trail, gazebo with gas grills, a swimming pool, exercise rooms and a well-lit underground garage for private parking.

Board Meetings are held every other month. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 19th at 2:30 PM at the South County Public Library. 6303 Merriman Road Roanoke, VA 24018.

The 2026 Board Meeting schedule will be: Thursday, January 15th; March 19th; May 21st; and September 17th. The July meeting date is to be determined due to management availability. The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 19th at 6:00 PM in the South County Public Library. 6303 Merriman Road Roanoke, VA 24018.
