Welcome to the website for the McVitty Forest Condominiums Unit Owners Association, located off of 419 in Roanoke County. This inviting community offers a walking trail, gazebo with gas grills, a swimming pool, exercise rooms and a well-lit underground garage for private parking.

Meetings are held every other month. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 16th at 9:30 AM in the Hall Associates Inc. office now located at 2800 Keagy Road Salem, VA 24153. You will need to take the elevator to the 3rd floor and the meeting will be held in the front Conference Room across from the reception desk.

The 2025 Board Meeting schedule will be: Thursday, January 16; March 20; May 15; and September 18. The July meeting date is to be determined because management is not available the third Thursday of the month. The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 20th at 6:00 PM in the South County Public Library.
