Welcome to the website for the McVitty Forest Condominiums Unit Owners Association, located off of 419 in Roanoke County. This inviting community offers a walking trail, gazebo with gas grills, a swimming pool, exercise rooms and a well-lit underground garage for private parking.

Board Meetings are held every other month. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 24th at 10AM in the Hall Associates Inc. office. 2800 Keagy Road Salem, VA 24153. Please take the elevator to the third floor and the meeting will be held in the front conference room across from the reception desk. **Please note the change from the 3rd Thursday of the month to the 4th Thursday of the month.**

The 2025 Board Meeting schedule will be: Thursday, March 20; May 15; July 24th, and September 18. The July meeting date has now been scheduled for July 24th. The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 20th at 6:00 PM in the South County Public Library. 6303 Merriman Road Roanoke, VA 24018.
